Honey Mustard 03

A home-style Honey Mustard 03 made with Mustard Powder, Water, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, and Honey. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 2 tbsp
• 1 tsp
• 1 tbsp
• 2 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Mix the mustard to a stiff paste with the water and vinegar.

   Stir in the oil until the mixture is smooth, then stir in the honey and orange juice and rind.

   Pour into a sterilized jar.

   Serve it also with baked ham, pork, and barbecued meats.
