Hot Chocolate 01

A home-style Hot Chocolate 01 made with Heavy Cream, Cinnamon, and Good Dark Chocolate Finely Chopped. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 2 oz
• 1 stick
• 2 oz

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Heat the cream and milk with the cinnamon and vanilla bean very slowly for 15-20 minutes. (if you don't have any beans add 1-2 tsp of vanilla after heating).

   Remove the bean and cinnamon.

   Add the chocolate.

   Mix until fully melted.

   Serve topped with some very dense fresh wipped cream.
