Jalapeno Jelly 08 is built on Peppers Chopped, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Sugar. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Mix peppers, onion, and vinegar in blender. Place sugar in pot, stir in pepper mixture. Bring to a boil and keep for two minutes.

   Set off heat and cool for five minutes.

   Spoon off foam, stir in certo, add red or green food coloring if desired. Pour into jars.
