Jelly Roll 04

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Beat eggs and sugar together for ten minutes, add the milk, then mix in flour lightly, add the baking powder and lemon extract.

   Mix well, pour into a well greased shallow tin and bake from eight to ten minutes in a very quick oven.

   Turn the cake onto a sugared paper and spread quickly with the jam.

   Roll up quickly and leave to cool
