Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

   Cream together the butter, sugar and lime peel.

   Beat in the egg and lime juice.

   Beat dry ingredients into batter mixture.

   Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

   Bake for 10 minutes or until very lightly browned.

   Remove immediately to cooling rack.
