Key Lime 02

A home-style Key Lime 02 made with Butter Or Margarine, White Sugar, Baking Powder, All Purpose Flour, and Salt. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 1 cup
• 1 tsp
• 1 1/2 cup
• 1 tsp
• 1/4 cup
• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

1. 1

   In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk until creamy.

   Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add lime juice and lime peel.

   Form dough into 1/2 inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack.

   While still warm, sift confectioners sugar over cookies.
