   Beat together the butter and sugar, add egg, juice, rind.

   Mix may appear curdled.

   Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.

   In bowl, place 2 cups crushed cornflake crumbs and drop batter by teaspoons into crumbs and toss to coat.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
