Key Lime 04

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp
• 1 cup
• 3/4 cup
• 3/4 cup
• 1 tsp

Method (preview)

   Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

   Beat butter, granulated and brown sugars, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy.

   Beat in eggs and the lime oil.

   Gradually beat in flour mixture.

   Stir in white chocolate morsels.

   Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet or stone.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.

   Allow cookies to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
