Ladyfingers 06

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

   Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

   Beat in sugar gradually.

   Beat egg yolks in another bowl until thick.

   Fold into egg white mixture then fold in vanilla, flour and salt.

   Shape into 4 1/2 inch fingers on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

   Sprinkle with additional confectioner's sugar and bake 10-12 minutes.

   Press together in pairs.
