Method (preview)

   In a mixer beat the butter and both sugars together very well, so there are no lumps.

   Slowly add the whites and beat to smooth.

   Add the vanilla and the flour slowly.

   Spread onto a silicone mat evenly about 1/8 inch thick.

   Bake 350F oven until golden.

   Let cool and break into chards.
