Lavender 02

Lavender 02 is built on Unsalted Butter, Sugar, All Purpose Flour, and Superfine Sugar For Sprinkling. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.

   Stir in the flour and lavender and bring the mixture together in a soft ball.

   Cover and chill for 15 minutes.

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and stamp out about 16 cookies using a 2" heart-shaped cookie cutter.

   Place on a heavy baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden.

   Sprinkle with sugar then leave the cookies standing for 5 minutes to set.

   Using a metal spatula, transfer carefully onto a wire rack to cool completely.
