Lemon 01

A home-style Lemon 01 made with Oil, Vanilla, Icing Sugar, and Butter Softened. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

   1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix 1 Pkg (3 oz.) Lemon Instant pudding 1/2 cup oil 4 eggs

   Mix well in large bowl scraping often. Place in greased and floured

   Bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry.

   When cake is completely cool, remove from pan. Mix icing sugar, butter and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over.
