Lemon 07

A home-style Lemon 07 made with Butter, Salt, Fresh Lemon Juice, Salad Oil, and Green Onions Sliced. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Flour and salt chicken and brown in butter.

   Place in casserole dish.

   Combine garlic, salt, fresh lemon juice, salad oil, green onions, pepper and thyme.

   Pour over chicken.

   Cover pan tightly with foil and refrigerate 1 hour.

   Take out of refrigerator, let stand 15 minutes to come to room temperature and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
