   Preheat oven to moderate (350F).

   Grease cookie sheets.

   Cream butter with sugar.

   Add flour sifted with cornstarch and salt.

   Mix in the lemon rind.

   Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the chopped nuts, pressing them in.
