Lime 01

Lime 01 comes together with Unsalted Butter Room Temperature, Confectioner S Sugar, Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice, Vanilla Extract, and Plus All Purpose Flour. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1 cup

• 1/4 tsp

Method (preview)

   Cream butter and 1/3 cup sugar until fluffy. Add the lime juice, zest and vanilla until fluffy.

   In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch and salt. Add to butter mixture. Beat until combined.

   Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets. Slice logs into 1/8" rounds.

   Place rounds on sheets. Bake until barely golden (about 11-15 min)

   While still warm, place cookies in bag with the rest of the confectioner's sugar.

   Toss gently to coat (they are tender, they may break apart).
