Lime 03

A home-style Lime 03 made with Butter Melted, White Sugar, and Vanilla. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Combine cracker crumbs, butter, honey and flour and press onto the bottom of a springform pan.

   Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lime juice and zest until smooth. Pour onto crust, bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until.

   Blend. Pour on top of cooled filling. Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes.
