Marinade 09

Make Marinade 09 at home with Brown Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Garlic Powder. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp

• 1/4 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 cup

Method (preview)

   Combine all ingredients in a pint sized jar.

   They tend to lump, so shake hard.

   Place 4 8-12 ounce steaks into a one gallon Ziploc. bag.

   Pour marinade into bag over steaks.

   Before closing, add enough hot water to cover steaks completely.

   Close bag and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

   Use on beef steaks, pork chops, chicken, roast.
