   Mix meat, evaporated milk,Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and catsup together, shape into loaf, place in roasting pan, put a little catsup over top of meat, surround with peeled onions, new potatoes and carrots peeled and cut into serving size, sprinkle with some parsley, salt and pepper and cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour, take foil off cook another 15 mins.
