Method (preview)

   Cream margarine, add sugar and beat well.

   Sift flour and cornstarch together twice, gradually add to margarnine and sugar, beating until smooth.

   Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cookies do not brown.

   Cream margarine; gradually add powdered sugar and lemon juice, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon rind.
