Melting Moments 04

Melting Moments 04 comes together with Unsalted Butter Softened, Confectioners Sugar, Unsifted All Purpose Flour, and Orange Juice. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Beat in flour and cornstarch until well mixed.

   Wrap and refrigerate dough at least 2 hours.

   Preheat oven to 325.

   Roll dough into 1" balls.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake 8-10 minutes or until firm but golden.

   Cool slightly and remove to racks to completely cool.

   Make glaze: Mix remaining confectioners sugar with the orange juice and drizzle over the cooled cookies.

   May sprinkle with the orange peel if desired.

    Let dry on racks.
