Mincemeat 04

Make Mincemeat 04 at home with Margarine Or Butter, All Purpose Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Method (preview)

   In a bowl beat margarine until softened.

   In a small bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together.

   Add half of the flour mixture, eggs and beat until combined.

   Beat in remaining flour, stir in mincemeat and nuts.

   Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

   Bake 350 deg. oven 11 - 13 minutes.

   Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute (to set) Remove cookies from cookie sheet; cool.

   Drizzle with brandy icing.
