Mini Cakes

Make Mini Cakes at home with Cream Cheese, Flour, Light Brown Sugar, and Vanilla. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Cream the above together till the dough is well mixed. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 3 hours.

   After three hours divide the dough into 24 portions, and drop into mini cupcake pans, and form into a crust.

   Drop 1 tsp. (about) of filling into cream cheese crust.

   Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
