Monster 05

Monster 05 is a cookies recipe made with Candy Coated Chocolate, All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Butter Or Margarine Softened. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 cup
• 5 1/2 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1/3 cup
• 1/3 cup

Method (preview)

   Reserve 1/3 cup of candies for decorating;coarsely chop remaining candies with chopper; in 1 qt. bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt, mix well; in 2 qt. bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy.

   Add egg and vanilla, beat well.

   Add flour mixture,mix well.

   Stir in mixed candies.

   Place dough in center of round baking stone>(13" or 15"size).

   Using lightly floured service and dough roll out onto pan.

   Decorate with rest of candy.

   Bake 16-18min. or until lightly brown.

   Cool completely.

    Loosen cookie from pan with spatula or serrated bread knife cut into wedges.
