Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook noodles until tender.

Drain and combine with the cottage or pot cheese, garlic, sour cream, onion, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake until brown and crusty on top. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and additional sour cream. Serves 4-6.
