Orange 02

Make Orange 02 at home with Sugar, Orange Juice, Butter Or Margarine, and Vanilla. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

   Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well, about 5 minutes. with electric mixer.

   Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan 350 for about 30 minutes.

   Combine 1 1/2 cups confectioners suger, 1 Tbs grated orange rind and 2 - 3 Tbs orange juice. Drizzle over warm cake.
