Put flour, berry sugar, butter, egg, water and a dash of salt into a bowl and knead into a supple ball.

Add the nutmeg, anise seed powder, and orange peel and knead again.
Put the dough onto a non-grease baking sheet and form the dough into a round cake of about 1 cm (1/3 inch) thick.
