Method (preview)

   Set oven temp to 425 Heat butter in 9 x 12 pan until melted.

   Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a ziploc bag.

   Shake chicken pieces in ziploc bag with coating mixture, place in pan, bake 30 min, turn over then about 30 more or until chicken is done.
