Pasta Chicken 05

Method (preview)

   Cook pasta, drain, set aside.

   Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, add chicken.

   Cook 3 minutes.

   Add garlic and mushrooms, cook and stir 3 minutes.

   Add spaghetti sauce.

   Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

   Stir in tomatoes, simmer until heated through.

   Serve over pasta, top with Parmesan.
