Pasta Verde

This Pasta Verde recipe uses Romano Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, and Green Beans Drained. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

   Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.

   Return the pasta to the pan.

   Toss with the cheeses and pesto.

   Heat gently until the cheeses are melted.

   Add the vegetables. Gently mix and heat thoroughly. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve.
