Pb Honey 01

Ingredients

• 10 1/2 cup
• 5 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 1/2 tsp

Method (preview)

   Add the honey, mixing it in thoroughly.

   Gradually blend in brown sugar.

   Beat in the egg and vanilla.

   Sift together the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.

   Stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Shape in a roll.

   Wrap in waxed paper and chill thoroughly.

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chilled dough into thin slices and bake on greased cookie sheets for 10 - 12 minutes.
