Peaches Piquant 02

Peaches Piquant 02 is built on Seasoned Or Regular Salt, Pepper, and Soy Sauce. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Cut chicken in thin strips. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

   Drain peaches reserving syrup. Saute chicken in oil two mins. Add onion; continue cooking untill onion is tender crisp.

   Blend ketchup and peach syrup with enough water to make two cups liquid; add soy sauce.

   Pour over chicken in sauce pan.

   Cover and simmer 20 mins Add green pepper and peaches.

   Replace cover and cook 10 mins. longer.

   Serve over rice.
