Pie Crust 04

Pie Crust 04 is a pies recipe made with Flour, Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, Salt, and Sweet Butter. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup
• 1 tbsp
• 1/2 tbsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 1 1/2 stick
• 2 tbsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   In food processor with steel blade pulse sugar, flour, spices and salt. Place in cut up chilled butter pieces around blade evenly.

   Pulse until crumbly like corn meal.

   Mix eggs and cream in another bowl and pour through feed tube while machine is running until dough comes together, dont overmix.

   Remove dough from bowl and form into a ball.

   Wrap in plastic and chill a good 30 to 40 minutes.

   Or wrap and freeze.
