Pineapple Cheese Mold

• 3/4 cup
• 1 tbsp
• 1 cup
• 1 cup

Method (preview)

   Dissolve gelatin in the water and add juices.

   Chill until slightly thickened.

   Fold in crushed pineapple, cheese and cream.

   Place in 1 1/2 qt mold and chill firm.

   Unmold.

   Nice over lettuce leaf cups.

   Use as a refreshing salad course.
