Potato Chip 03

   Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add other ingredients. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on un-greased cookie sheet.

   Press cookies down with bottom of small glass dipped in powdered sugar.

   Place a pecan or walnut piece in center of each cookie.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
