Potato Chip 07

Potato Chip 07 is built on Powdered Sugar, Flour, Vanilla Extract, and Potato Chips Crushed. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 cup
• 1 1/2 cup
• 1 tsp
• 1 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream shortening and powdered sugar. Stir in the flour. Beat in the vanilla extract.

   Fold in the potato chips. Drop the dough by spoonfuls 1 1/2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 15-18 min., until lightly colored.

   Sprinkle with powdered sugar and transfer to wire racks to cool.
