Potato Pudding 02

Potato Pudding 02 comes together with Raw Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Salt, and Pepper. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

• 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 2 tbsp
• 2 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Mix together the potatoes, onions, carrots, salt and pepper.

   Mix andadd the cream.

   Place in a generously buttered pudding dish.

   Dot with the butter.

   Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.

   Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until a thin golden crust has formed.
