Prune 04

Method (preview)

   For cake, mix oil, sugar, and eggs and mix well.

   Then add buttermilk, salt, nutmeg, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, prunes, flour and pecans and mix well. turn into a greased and floured tube or oblong cake pan and bake 325 for about an hour or tested done. cool.

   Make icing by heating sugar, buttermilk, butter and vanilla to the soft ball stage and pour over cooled cake.
