Pumpkin 06

Method (preview)

   Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin together until light and fluffy.

   Then add the rest of the cake ingredients, beating well.

   Spread batter into an ungreased jelly roll pan (15"x10"x1").

   Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins.

   Cool and then frost.

   Beat all frosting ingredients together. Add just enough milk so that frosting has a fairly stiff consistency.
