   Combine gelatin, sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in milk, egg yolks and pumpkin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.

   Chill. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
