Pumpkin Pie 02

A home-style Pumpkin Pie 02 made with Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt, and Yellow Cake Mix. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 2 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 box
• 1 cup

Method (preview)

   Mix all ingredients except butter, walnuts and cake mix with an electric mixer until well blended.

   Pour pumpkin mixture into 9 x 13 pan; sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin; sprinkle walnuts then drizzle the 1 cup melted butter over the cake and mix and walnuts.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
