Rhubarb Custard 05

Make Rhubarb Custard 05 at home with Milk, Sugar, Flour, and Butter. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 3 tbsp
• 3/4 tbsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Slightly beat eggs. Add milk. Mix together and stir in sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb.

   Line an 8" pie pan with crust.

   Put filling in pan.

   Dot with butter.

   Cover with a lattice crust.

   Sprinkle some sugar on the top crust just before baking.
