Rice Pudding 07

Ingredients

• 1 tsp
• 4 cup
• 3 cup

Method (preview)

   Combine all the ingredients except the brandy and cream in a large shallow baking pan.

   Bake at 325F for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, stirring occasionally, mixing in the brown skin that will form.

   About 20 minutes before you think it will be done, stir in the brandy.

   Remove from oven while still soft and loose; it will thicken as it cools. Serve with heavy cream.
