Method (preview)

   Heat oil in a deep saucepan or fryer to 375.

2. 2

   Mix all other ings. except powered sugar.

   Carefully, add a tbs. of mixture at a time to hot oil.

   Within a minute, balls will form puffs and turn a golden brown.

   Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

   Serve warm.
