Rumaki 01

Rumaki 01 comes together with Water Chestnuts Drained And Chopped, Breadcrumbs, Garlic, and Teriyaki Sauce. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Mix together the scallions, chilies, chstnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic and teriyaki for the stuffing and set aside.

   Wrap the shrimp and stuffing with a half of a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

   Place on a broiler tray.

   Broil until the shrimp is cooked (no longer translucent). Turn them over halfway through.
