Sausage Balls

A home-style Sausage Balls made with Sour Cream, Worcestershire Sauce, Celery Seed, Salt, and Vinegar. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 tbsp
• 2 tbsp
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Mix sausage, egg, crumbs and sage well.

   Roll into balls about 1-inch in diameter.

   Brown on all sides.

   Pour off grease.

   Add sauce.

   Turn to cover all.

   Simmer for about 30 minutes.

   For sauce, mix catsup vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce well.

   For dip, mix sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire, celery seed, salt and paprika well.
