Shepherds Pie 02

Shepherds Pie 02 comes together with Milk Or Nondairy Milk, Butter Or Margarine, Salt, and Oil. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup
• 1 tbsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 tbsp
• 3/4 cup

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Boil or steam the potatoes. Mash with butter, milk and salt. Set aside.

   Saute the onion a few minutes.

   Add all filling ingredients except the corn.

   Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 15 minutes, till vegetables are tender.

   Put filling in a large baking dish.

   Spread mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with paprika.

   Bake 10 or 15 minutes, till potatoes are hot.
