Sourcream Apple 05

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp
• 1 cup
• 1 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1/3 cup
• 1 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   Put pie crust in pie pan. Put the sliced apples in the crust. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over apples.

   Bake in a 425F oven for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F and bake an additional 30 minutes.

   Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter together.

   Top pie with mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes at 400F.
