Southwest Cheesecake 01

Method (preview)

   Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixer bowl, combine cheeses; beat until fluffy. Sir in one cup sour cream and taco seasoning.

   Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in chillies. Pour into 9 inch springform pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or untill center is firm.

   Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes.

   Spoon 1 cup sour cream over the top of cake; bake 5 minutes longer.

   Cool completly on wire rack.

   Cover; refrigerate several hours or over night.

   Remove from pan.

   Place on serving plate.

   Garnish with salsa and shredded cheese.
