Spaghetti Sauce 02

Make Spaghetti Sauce 02 at home with Olive Oil, Celery Chopped, Tomatoes, and Tomato Puree. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 stick
• 400 g
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Heat the oil in a large saucepan.

   Fry the onion, celery and garlic until softened.

   Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.

   Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and bulghar wheat.

   Simmer for 10 minutes.

   Add herbs and seasoning and simmer for 2 more minutes. Serve on top of cooked spaghetti, accompanied with parmesan.
