Spice 01

Method (preview)

   Cream butter and sugar at low speed.

   Add egg and continue to beat until smooth.

   Add remaining ingredients and mix until dough gathers into a ball.

   Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.

   Form cookies using Clay Cookie Molds. Unmold and bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 6-7 cookies
